How do I install the PBA System?

The PBA System can be set in 4 steps:

Measure, align and place bases. Carefully lift bases to leave square imprint.
Place the PBA in the center of the base imprint.
Once centered, hammer PBA steaks into the ground to secure system.
Set base on top of system and play ball!

Can I use the PBA System on any baseball diamond?

The Portable Base Anchor system can be used on any dirt baseball diamond. It is usable, but not recommended, for turf infields.

What type of base is the PBA compatible with?

The Portable Base Anchor is 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" and fits bases with a 1 3/8" up to 1 1/2" square opening.

Compatible molded baseball bases include, but are not limited to: Markwort Molded Pro Bases, Pro Style Rubber Bases, Douglas 36555 Schutt® Impact Throw Down Bases, Trigon Molded Base Set, MacGregor Shock Absorbing Bases and Martin Sports Rubber Bases.

How do I remove the PBA System?

The Portable Base Anchor system is easy to uninstall.

Remove base, using the claw of a hammer lift and remove the spikes and place back into carrying case.

WARNINGS:

To prevent against potential injuries, this portable base anchor should not be used for other than its intended purpose.

ANSI Approved Eye Protection should be worn during installation.

Base anchor should be regularly checked for cracks, metal fatigue, broken welds or general instability. If the base anchor appears to be compromised, immediately remove from service.
